Understanding your order status
Order Confirmed
Your payment has been verified and your order is being prepared for packing.
Packed and Ready
Your order has been packed and is waiting to be picked up by our courier partner.
In Transit
Your order is on its way. Use your tracking number to follow its journey in real time.
Out for Delivery
Your order is with a delivery rider and will arrive today. Please make sure someone is available to receive it.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered. If you did not receive it, contact us and your courier immediately.
Failed Delivery
The courier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. They will try again the next business day or leave a notice for branch pickup.

If your tracking number shows no updates after 3 business days, please contact us directly. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf and make sure your order reaches you.
