We ship within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive in 2 to 4 days. Provincial orders take 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Yes. Orders above ₱1,500 qualify for free shipping nationwide. Orders below ₱1,500 have a standard shipping fee that is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?+
Yes. We ship to all provinces and cities across the Philippines including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
Are Sarelle Hue products safe for sensitive skin?+
Most of our products are formulated to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. We always recommend performing a patch test before applying any new product to your full face especially the 20% Vitamin C Serum which contains a clinical-strength active. Apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full application.
Do I need to use sunscreen with your brightening products?+
Yes sunscreen is non-negotiable when using any brightening active including Vitamin C, Kojic Acid, L-Glutathione, and Niacinamide. These ingredients can increase your skin's sensitivity to UV rays. Without daily SPF, you risk undoing your brightening progress and worsening hyperpigmentation. Our Sunscreen Gel SPF 50 PA+++ is formulated to work perfectly alongside all Sarelle Hue brightening products.
How long before I see results?+
Our promise is 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use for visible results. Skin cell turnover takes approximately 28 days which means you need at least one full cycle before you can evaluate the impact. Most customers begin to notice brighter, more even skin at week 3 and significant dark spot reduction at week 5 to 6. Consistency is everything skipping days significantly slows progress.
Can I use multiple Sarelle Hue products together?+
Yes and we encourage it. Our products are designed to work as a complete routine. The recommended morning routine is Vitamin C Serum, then Brightening Cream, then Sunscreen Gel. At night use the Brightening Cream as your final step. The wellness supplements Collagen Peptide, Skin Glow Bioactive, and Ashwagandha can be taken daily alongside your topical routine for inside-out results.
Are your products cruelty-free?+
Yes. All Sarelle Hue skincare products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals and we work with manufacturers who share our commitment to ethical and responsible production.
Which products are best for dark spots and hyperpigmentation?+
For dark spots we recommend the complete brightening stack: 20% Vitamin C Face Serum in the morning, Anti-Aging Brightening Cream morning and night, and Sunscreen Gel SPF 50 PA+++ every morning without fail. For inside-out brightening add the Skin Glow Bioactive Glutathione 500mg taken daily. This combination targets melanin production at the surface, at the cellular level, and from within your body simultaneously.
What is the best routine for oily and acne-prone skin?+
For oily and acne-prone skin: use the 20% Vitamin C Serum in the morning it is lightweight and fast-absorbing with no heavy oils. Follow with the Sunscreen Gel which is a gel formula specifically designed not to clog pores. At night apply the Brightening Cream which contains Niacinamide to control oil and Kojic Acid to fade post-acne marks. Consider taking Ashwagandha 500mg daily stress is one of the biggest hidden triggers for adult acne and Ashwagandha helps regulate cortisol.
I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Which products can I use?+
We always recommend consulting your OB-GYN or dermatologist before using any skincare product during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. As a general guideline, high-concentration actives like 20% Vitamin C, Kojic Acid, and retinoids are typically avoided during pregnancy. The Sunscreen Gel with Zinc Oxide is generally considered safe. Our wellness supplements Ashwagandha, Collagen Peptide, and Skin Glow Bioactive are not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Please consult your doctor before use.
Can teenagers use Sarelle Hue products?+
The Sunscreen Gel and Brightening Cream are generally suitable for teenagers 15 and above. The 20% Vitamin C Serum is a strong active and we recommend starting at 16 with a patch test first. Our wellness supplements Ashwagandha, Collagen Peptide, and Skin Glow Bioactive are formulated for adults and are not recommended for children under 18.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened and used. If you received a damaged or wrong item please contact us immediately with a photo and we will resolve it right away.
How do I report a damaged or missing item?+
Take a clear photo of the damaged item or packaging and send it to us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or email at hello@sarelleskinverse.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
How long does a refund take?+
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. GCash and Maya refunds are typically faster. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. COD refunds are processed via GCash or bank transfer.
